SUP Yoga is no longer limited to summertime! We're extending our SUP yoga classes through the coldest months of the year by moving them indoors to the Riverton Pool in Portland.
If you've never tried SUP yoga, it's a great way to improve your balance and strength by taking your yoga practice on the water. You will stretch, strengthen and flow while floating in the pool. No prior experience required.
Classes will be taught by Ashley Flowers.
7:30 PM on Tuesdays
11/1/2016 through 12/20/2016 (8 sessions)
$100 for Portland residents; $105 for non-residents
Class cost includes the use of a paddleboard and anchor provided by Portland Paddle and a 55 minute yoga class taught by Ashley Flowers. ($20 discount for participants who bring their own board.)
