If you enjoy yoga and you like being on the water, you’ll probably have a blast trying out SUP Yoga at the East End Beach this summer. You don’t need to be an expert yogi or an expert paddler. All experience levels are welcome. If it's your first time there's a decent chance you'll get wet, so make sure you dress appropriately! We'll provide anchors for each SUP so that the entire group can circle around the instructor without floating away.
There are limited spots available for each class, so we strongly recommend signing up ahead of time by clicking on the blue button below or calling 207-370-9730. If we cancel a class due to poor weather conditions you will be given a choice between rescheduling or receiving a full refund. However, we usually go out as long as there's no steady rain or strong winds. The sea conditions near the beach are different every session, and that's part of the fun of doing yoga while floating.
PRICE PER CLASS: $28 per student or $18 if you have your own SUP.
Buy five classes at once for $100 (or $75 if you use your own SUP) You will select the date of your first class when purchasing, and then you can choose the four other dates at any time using a code that will be emailed to you. All unused class credits will expire at the end of 2018.
AUGUST MASTER CLASSES:
Take your SUP Yoga to a new level in August with our master classes on Thursdays at 5:30. This class is perfect for you if you have intermediate or advanced yoga experience and want to explore these poses on the water. You will get warmed up with a combination of vinyasa and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Yoga with an infusion of pilates and then round out the practice with inversions and arm balances.
