If you enjoy yoga and you like being on the water, you’ll probably have a blast trying out SUP Yoga at the East End Beach this summer.
You don’t need to be an expert yogi or an expert paddler. All experience levels are welcome. If it's your first time there's a decent chance you'll get wet, so make sure you wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet, along with an extra warm layer! We'll provide anchors for each SUP so that the entire group can circle around the instructor without floating away.
We are offering three 6-class sessions this summer:

$125 for entire 6-class session
$100 if you use your own SUP
$28 per class for walk-ups (no reservations)
$18 for walk-ups if you use your own SUP
REGISTRATION: Registering for a session guarantees a spot for you in each of the six classes of that session. This year we are only allowing advanced registration for entire sessions. Walk-ups are welcome, but we cannot guarantee that there will be spots open in a class and we will not take reservations for a single class.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrations are fully refundable up until two weeks before your session begins. After that point no refunds will be issued. If you miss one or more sessions we are not able to offer credit, refunds or the right to reschedule for another class. If a class is canceled due to weather we will extend the length of the session by one week so we can offer a make-up class. However, we usually go out as long as there's no steady rain or strong winds. The sea conditions near the beach are different every session, and that's part of the fun of doing yoga while floating.
